SmartLearningPro Account Deletion
Use this page to submit a request to delete your SmartLearningPro account
and associated personal data.
Important:
Submitting this form does not immediately delete your account.
Your request enters the same SmartLearningPro deletion workflow used by
the Android application and starts a 15-day review period.
Request account deletion
What happens after you submit?

We verify the SmartLearningPro account using the submitted account email.

If the account is found, the request is placed into the same
accountDeletionRequests workflow used by the Android app.

A 15-day review period starts. The account is not
immediately deleted.

During the review period, an Admin can review the request, contact the
account holder if necessary, reopen/cancel the request, or permanently
delete the account.

If the Admin permanently deletes the account, the existing SmartLearningPro
backend deletion process removes the Firebase Authentication account and
associated student account document.

Information that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention,
payment, accounting, or dispute-resolution reasons may be retained for
the applicable period.
If you can still access the app, you can also use
Profile → Delete My Account. Both the app and this website
use the same 15-day Admin review workflow.
